Payment at the time of treatment is preferred. Acceptable payment methods are: Cash ;Cheque; or Bacs transfers.
Insurance:Billing direct to your medical insurance company- Please note it is your responsibility to obtain pre authorisation from the Health Insurance Company and to check authorised limits and ensure the treatment is within these limits. Please bring Membership and authorisation details to your first appointment.If payment has not been made against any treatment in part or whole, then you will be held responsible for the outstanding balance.
Cancellations:Please try to give us 24 hours notice of cancellation for any appointment otherwise a full charge may be incurred. Missed or late cancellations will be charged to you, as will any shortfalls in insurance payments.
